Try a genuine Detroit-style pizza from one of our favorites, Via 313. Made with fresh ingredients and perfectly cheesy, crispy edges that make it crazy good. Two types of cheese are layered not only on top of the pizza, but around the sides of the pan. This gives the pizza a wonderful crunch and makes each slice delicious all the way to the edge.

Their red sauce goes on right before the pizza hits the table, allowing the cheese and dough to get crispy during the bake. It’s probably totally different than what you are used to, but amazing.

They have a bunch of locations in and around Austin.

Hours: Open daily from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. (On Fridays they stay open until 11 p.m.!)
