Flatwater, an Austin-based nonprofit providing free mental health therapy to individuals and families affected by cancer, will host its first-ever Flatwater Fest on Sunday, Oct. 26, at Radio/East. The family-friendly community festival will feature live music, local vendors, food trucks, a silent auction, and a free Kid Zone. All proceeds will directly fund therapy services for those navigating cancer, extending Flatwater’s mission beyond its signature “Dam That Cancer” paddle event. Organizers hope to make Flatwater Fest an annual Austin tradition that brings people together in support of mental health, connection, and community.
