Official Giveaway Rules
Eligibility: The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at
least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of 365 Things Austin, C2 Acquisitions,
LLC, C3 Presents, LLC, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on October 8, 2025, and ends on October 14,
2025, at 11:59 PM CDT. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
How to Enter: To enter, follow @twostepinn on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments
of the giveaway post. Limit one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) 2-Day VIP Tickets to the 2026 Two Step Inn
scheduled to be held on April 18-19, 2026 in Georgetown, Texas (the “Festival”), with an
approximate retail value of $1,798. The prize does not include travel, accommodations, or
any other expenses. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the
winner’s responsibility. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any
winner or winner’s guest who it or venue/Festival personnel deem may, in its sole
discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/Festival policy or law, or
may bring Festival into disrepute. Winner and guest must have a valid state-issued driver’s
license or Real ID-compliant license or ID for identification purposes and to claim tickets.
Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending a festival in a public
place and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. An
unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of the Festival. Resale of
tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, winner must agree to ticketing Terms of Use and to
abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival, which may
include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or
providing proof of negative COVID-19 status, and are subject to change at any time. The
actual retail value of the Prize may vary depending on the point of departure, travel itinerary,
airfare fluctuations at the time of awarding/booking and/or accommodations. Any difference
between the above stated ARV and the actual retail value of the Prize will not be awarded.
Winner will be informed of the Actual Retail Value at the time the Prize is redeemed. Winner
acknowledges that winner will be provided a 1099 on the actual retail value.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random on or around October 15, 2025.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond within 24 hours
to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, an alternate winner
may be selected.
General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules
and the decisions of 365 Things Austin, which are final and binding in all matters related to
this giveaway. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other
items.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release C2 Acquisitions, LLC, C3
Presents, LLC, Instagram, and 365 Things Austin, and each of their respective parents,
partners, divisions, subsidiaries, shareholders, affiliates, officers, directors, members,
managers, agents, and employees (the “Released Parties”) from any liability, loss, or
damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or from the acceptance, use, or misuse
of any prize.
Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sponsor: This promotion giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by
Instagram, Two Step Inn Music Festival, or C2 Acquisitions, LLC. All inquiries regarding the
